Data Recovery Services
There are two levels of data recovery
Level 1 focuses on logical structure damage. Level 2 applies more techniques to more complicated challenges for a successful data recovery.
We can recover data from smartphones, laptops, desktops, external hard drives, Storage Area Network (SAN), Network-Attached Storage (NAS) and others
Level 1 (Logical Damage)
When you are unable to open a file or multiple files or are unable to boot up your computer, you may have a logical structure damage on your storage drive. These are, but not limited to, examples of logical damages which leads to data loss:
- accidental file deletion
- file corruption
- drive format
- master boot record (MBR) corruption
- partition deletion
- operating system re-installation
Whatever the cause may be, we can help!
We offer FREE evaluation to determine if your data can be recovered at this level.
Level 2 (Physical Damage)
Recovering data from a storage device with physical damage is more complicated. You have to use different tools and accessories and must have knowledge, skills and experience to perform and exhaust all options and different techniques to attempt recovering data. Most of all, all work must be done in a special room called clean room. A clean room must have an air quality that has low level of pollutants such as, but not limited to, dust, airborne particles and chemical vapors.
These are a couple of examples which indicate you will need level 2 service:
- Fails to boot
- Clicking or whirling sounds
- Unable to mount hard drive error messages
